As the client’s team expanded and their internal processes matured, they recognized the need for a more robust inventory management system. Their existing tools - while practical and effective in earlier stages - had reached their limits in terms of scalability and cross-functional collaboration. It offered a smooth onboarding process with bulk import and export functionality to avoid lock-in and ensure compatibility with existing tools.
