The challenge was to create a solution that empowered operators and maintenance teams to report issues effortlessly while enabling management to analyze and act on this data in real time. Solution Design
The proposed platform was centered around a mobile application that workers could use directly on the factory floor. It allowed staff to report technical issues by snapping a photo or speaking into the app, which would then auto-generate tickets categorized by type, urgency, and location. A built-in analytics module transformed these tickets into actionable KPIs and trend reports for decision makers.
